About Freud 

Captain America van de Veluwe, call name Freud, is one of nine puppies from the Djuna x Lupo (Bryanna Sunkmanitu Tanka O'waci x Lupo vom Fenriersgard) litter in the Netherlands. He was born November 18th, 2018. He is a G1 Tamaskan, being the result of an outcross litter. He will be adding new genetics to the US gene pool not only with Lupo's genes but with his Granddam, Ziva's genes too! Freud completed all of his health testing in June of 2020 and is now available for stud.

Freud's personality is about as outgoing and sweet as they come. He is a very loving and happy boy that thoroughly enjoys belly rubs and offers his belly to anyone willing to scratch it. He is fantastic with cats, dogs and all people including children. His good nature continues to impress me on a daily basis. He expresses his displeasure by throwing himself on the floor and proceeding to howl, grumble and squeal when he doesn't get his way. His puppy hissy fits are quite comical. He is a very vocal boy and while some people can find this intimidating, it is simply his way of expressing himself! His prey drive is rather low, as he would much prefer wrestling with Kos and Wren, or lying in the grass soaking up the sun. He does however enjoy hunting turtles (a lazy man's game) and brings them to the door regularly to show off. His recall is a work in progress; he can be strong minded and independent at times.

Freud fluctuates between 77 and 80 pounds and is 27.5 inches at the shoulder. Freud is "Wolf Grey" genotypically and "Red Grey" phenotypically.
